Who we are

Dubs Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. runs this website. Dubs Automation and Dubs Entertainment are companies in the Dubs group. For anything about your data, email hello@dubsenterprises.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our form: your name, email, optional phone number, business name and country, what you need help with, your timeline and your message.

We don't buy data about you, and we don't collect anything else through this site.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, work with you. We rely on your request (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering it. If you tick the box, we may email you about your enquiry.

Where it is kept

Your answers are stored on Cloudflare's servers and sent to our team by email through Resend. Both act for us and may process data outside your country, under contracts that protect it.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiries 12 months after our last conversation, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights; in India, the DPDP Act 2023; in California, the CCPA. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We never sell your data.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies and uses no ad trackers. Your browser remembers your language and country choice on your own device so the examples make sense to you. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not identify you.

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
